Dawes Galaxy 1979 manufactured Ladies touring bike Reynolds 531 survivor condition, as photos. It is very light to hold,
It is in original survivor condition. All works ok so rideable.
Has those beautiful wide flange alloy hubs front and back as fitted to quality BMXs around this time and lightweight alloy Weinmann rims, and centre pull calipers. Fitted with Shimano gears, lightweight drop frame of Reynold 531 steel tubing with 'Davis Components' Cast Bottom Bracket which understand was on models from 1976-1981 but date this bike 1979 as stamped on BB, but think it was 1980 when bought but actually 1979 made model, it still has the large lamp bracket on the forks, very 70s!
