Vintage 1974 Harry Quinn 56cm Reynolds 531 59cm Track Bicycle Bike Orig Paint for sale
Here for sale is my vintage 1974 Harry Quinn of Liverpool track bike.Beautifully made from Reynolds 531 tubing and Campagnolo track drop outs. The frame measures 22” from bottom bracket to top and 22” from centre of fork steerer to centre of post hole. The bike is kitted out with top quality period parts and it looks stunning. The paint is original and therefore carries at few scuffs scrapes but there’s no dents or damage anywhere. The Stronglight chainset has 56 teeth TA ring and the fluted arms have been painted in matching paint to the frame.Likewise the Mavic 120mm reach track stem has had the fluted channels painted to match the frame. The bars are Cinelli with paint matching Milremo tape plugs.Wheels are made from Large flange M-W alloy hubs (not make I’m familiar with) these are laced into Fiamme Sprint rims with fair condition Vitoria Nuovo pro 260 tub tyres. The tyres have plenty of grip but are just starting to show few tiny age related cracks. They’re fully inflated with no issues but just want to be totally honest in my description. The rear fixed cog has 17 teeth and the hub is fixed/free flip flop.Headrace is Campagnolo record, bottom bracket is Campagnolo record, seat post is Campagnolo record and saddle is an iconic San Marco Supercorsa. The pedals are included but aren’t period to the bikes age. I’ve removed my own pedals and only fitted these for any potential buyers who want to test ride before buying. They’re decent MKs pedals and will do the job but I’m sure the new owner will have his/her own to fit.A superbly made frameset from one of the best North West frame builders with original 1970’s paint and kitted out with top quality period parts that’s ready for the track or the road if your brave enough!!Thanks for looking Pick up from Liverpool L25 postcode area or can have the bike couriered to you on 24hr service for £35.00.
